Nicholas has worked with clients experiencing worries/anxiety, low mood/depression, grief/loss, relationship concerns, and parenting concerns.  Nicholas uses an eclectic approach, meaning he draws upon many psychological approaches, including cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, mindfulness, and brief solution focus therapy. He individualises treatment to meet the needs of each client.

In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys watching and playing sports. His favourite is playing cricket, while his favourite team is the Geelong Cats in the AFL (do not judge him for his poor taste). Nicholas is currently teaching himself to play the keyboard, likes to read, and plays video games. He also enjoys stand-up comedy and board games.
